What types of payment do you accept?

All major credit cards are accepted through our online booking system. We also accept wire transfer/ e-transfer or you may pay with cash if you’re already here in Mexico. Please note, a 50% deposit is required for confirmation, and the 50% balance is due no less than 30 days prior to the charter. If booking within 30 days, payment in full is required.

What about cancellations?

If cancelled prior to 30 days from the charter, you will receive a full refund.  If cancelled within 30 days you will receive a 75% credit towards a future charter no more than 12 months from the original charter date.

What happens if there's bad weather?

We typically see about one evening of rain between November 1st and June 1st. If there happens to be inclement weather, we will reschedule. If rescheduling is not possible, a full credit will be applied to a future charter. Possible refunds will be determined on a case by case basis, at the discretion of our management.

Do you have life jackets on board?

We have various sizes of life jackets for adults and limited sizes for kids. If you’re bringing an infant or toddler on board, please bring your own life jacket to ensure proper fit and safety.

What if I can't swim?

No problem! We have full USCG safety gear on board. Our boats are extremely safe, and you will only end up in the water if you choose to.

Is there a ladder?

Yes, we have all the equipment to allow you to enter and exit the water with ease.

Can we learn to operate the boat while we sail?

Yes, we are fully licensed and insured as an accredited sailing school. You are welcome to participate in all sailing related activities with qualified supervision and instruction.

Do you have vegan or gluten free options? What about food allergies?

Absolutely! You’ll have the chance to describe any food requirements during the booking process.

Is there a washroom?

We call it “the head” while sailing, and yes, we have a fully operational restroom along with a shower for rinsing off after a swim.

Is there shade?

Yes, we have lots of shade available while sailing and while having lunch.

What if I get seasick?

Please take a Dramamine with food one hour prior to sailing. We have some on board, but it’s best to take it before departure. Also don’t be shy — let us know when you arrive, so we can position you on the boat to minimize the effects.

Can we bring our own food or alcohol?

You are more than welcome to bring anything additional, and we will be happy to keep it cold/store it, then serve it at your request.

Do you have music?

We have a limitless choice of music options playable through our 4 Yamaha speakers. We can also link to any bluetooth device, should you bring your own.

When is whale season?

Typically between the middle of December and the end of March.

Can you handle special occasions?

Please provide information during the booking process, and we will be happy to help you celebrate your special event. Wedding proposals, anniversaries, birthdays, etc. are all more fun on the water!
