We provide private sailing charters for you and your guests. Join us for a private day on the water or a relaxing sunset cruise. We pride ourselves on offering amazing food, great beverages and unsurpassed service. Our stunning O’Day forty-foot sailboat has a maximum of ten guests. We are fully licensed and carry the maximum charter insurance available. All of our sailboats are fully equipped with all USCG required safety devices.
We sail out of Marina Riviera Nayarit in La Cruz on the north shore of the bay, so your group will be able to have new experiences, including new snorkeling areas and heading into private beaches if you wish. The water is much shallower on the north side, which allows us to anchor closer to the shore and enjoy beaches which are much more sandy.
Private Sailing Charters
Your day can include sailing, whale watching, anchoring at a private beach for lunch, swimming, snorkeling, and paddle boarding. If you are looking for something more relaxing, we can simply sail around the bay, anchor for lunch and then sail all the way back. As it’s a private charter, the experience is yours to create. It can be as simple as hoisting the sails, kicking back with a cold drink and letting us take care of everything. Or you are welcome to participate in any and all sailing activities like hoisting the sails, adjusting them while underway, driving the boat, and letting us be your fun ambassadors and crew.
In addition to our 6-hour North Shore sailing charters, we also offer a 9-hour South Shore charter where you can enjoy beautiful beach destinations such as Yelapa, Mismaloya, Los Arcos, and Colomitos.
Top notch food and beverages are available, and our most popular menu is fresh ceviche, mixed skewers (seafood, beef, chicken or vegetarian), and shrimp stuffed avocados. Substitutions are available on request. Clients rave about our food, and we think it’s the best in the Bay – check out our reviews! Our beverage service is typically sangria, margaritas and beer of your choice. We are also able to substitute for wine, etc. You and your guests are more than welcome to bring anything else you would like, and we will be happy to serve it for you. Water, juice, sodas and ice are provided free of charge.
Exact sailing times vary, depending on the time of year, but we typically schedule charters to enjoy the afternoon breeze and watch the sunset before returning to the dock. As this is a private charter, we are able to customize departure times based on your expectations.
RATES:
North Shore – O’Day 40-foot sailboat (maximum 10 guests) – $1050.00
South Shore – O’Day 40-foot sailboat (maximum 10 guests) – $1455.00
Additional hours (maximum of 9 total) – $150 per hour
Food and alcoholic beverages – $35 per person
Food and non-alcoholic beverages – $25 per person
All prices are subject to 16% Mexican sales tax

Sunset/Afternoon Sailing Cruise
The itinerary is yours to create but our most popular is sailing, drinking & eating and looking for whales, dolphins, turtles and other sea life. After that we’ll stop the boat and drift in the ocean as the sun sets. Top notch food and beverages are included in the charter, and our most popular menu is fresh ceviche, mixed seafood skewers (octopus, shrimp & Mahi-Mahi) and shrimp stuffed avocados. Substitutions are available on request. Clients rave about our food, and we think it’s the best in the Bay – check out our reviews! Our beverage service is typically sangria, margaritas and beer of your choice. We are also able to substitute for wine, etc. You and your guests are more than welcome to bring anything else you would like, and we will be happy to serve it for you. Water, juice, sodas and ice are provided free of charge.
Exact sailing times vary, depending on the time of year, but we typically leave the dock around 3:30 or 4 and return just after sunset. There is a 6-guest minimum for this cruise. However, if you have less than 6 people in your party, you may still book this cruise by paying the 6-person price.
